Learners will apply their knowledge of software implementation, Operation management, project management, and the healthcare industry to create a robust plan. The project will focus on identifying potential challenges, identifying appropriate partners and resources, devising solutions, and establishing a timeline for the pilot launch. By the end of the project, learners will have crafted a strategic plan that addresses both technical and operational aspects of the software deployment.
