Virtual POCT aims to enhance its funding acquisition process by developing a streamlined grant writing system. The current challenge lies in the time-consuming and often inefficient process of identifying suitable grants, assessing eligibility, and crafting compelling proposals. The goal of this project is to create a system that automates the identification of relevant grants and evaluates eligibility criteria, thereby allowing the team to focus on crafting high-quality, persuasive proposals. This project will enable learners to apply their knowledge of data analysis, research methodologies, and persuasive writing. By the end of the project, the team will have developed a prototype system that aligns with Virtual POCT's mission and objectives, ultimately increasing the company's chances of securing funding.

The project will deliver a prototype of a grant writing system that includes:

- A database of potential grants relevant to Virtual POCT.

- An automated tool for assessing grant eligibility.

- Templates for high-quality, persuasive grant proposals.

- A user guide detailing the system's operation and best practices for proposal writing.
