Students will: Study our company’s core services, delivery model, customer promise, and operational values Identify our target customers (e.g., e-commerce businesses, local retailers, B2B partners) and analyze their needs, expectations, and pain points Research the logistics and transportation industry in Ontario, including emerging trends (e.g., automation, sustainability, e-commerce delivery expectations) Conduct competitor analysis on at least 5 local logistics companies operating in Ontario, evaluating services, pricing, brand, and positioning Provide strategic recommendations on how JIT Logistics can improve brand awareness, customer targeting, and service design Bonus tasks may include: Identifying ways JIT can stand out in a saturated market using innovation, value-added services, or niche specialization Suggesting long-term branding and marketing approaches that reflect our just-in-time identity The goal is to receive actionable insights and recommendations that will inform future marketing, branding, and operational decisions.

Digital Marketing for JIT Logistics
Project Goal JIT Logistics provides fast, reliable delivery services across Ontario, and advertises a wide range of logistics solutions online. While we have already developed a set of digital marketing strategies, we’ve found it challenging to consistently execute and manage our online presence. We are looking to collaborate with students to help review, manage, and post marketing content that promotes our services, builds our online brand, and drives traffic to our website. Students will engage in the following activities: Learn about JIT Logistics’ core services, brand voice, and target audience (e.g., e-commerce businesses, local retailers, B2B clients) Review and improve existing marketing materials such as social media posts, email drafts, and promotional brochures Schedule and post content across our digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) based on our social media calendar Monitor and maintain our online channels to ensure they are active, relevant, and up to date Bonus Activities May Include: Recommending SEO strategies to make our website and marketing content more discoverable on search engines Proposing improvements to content workflow, visuals, or engagement strategy

The primary goal of this project is to develop an inventory page that effectively showcases the company's products. This project provides an opportunity for students to apply their classroom knowledge of WordPress development, SEO, and CSS in a real-world setting. Students will be tasked with designing a user-friendly and visually appealing inventory page that aligns with the company's branding. Additionally, the project will involve optimizing the website for search engines to improve visibility and user engagement. I have other tasks as well but this is the primary goal.
