The Natural Health Academy, a branch of HAPPY NUTRITION, aims to enhance its educational outreach by creating a series of engaging and informative videos for its YouTube channel. The project involves editing raw video footage into polished, professional-quality content that effectively communicates natural health topics to a broad audience. The goal is to create visually appealing and easy-to-understand videos that align with the Academy's educational objectives. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their video editing skills, including cutting, sequencing, adding transitions, and incorporating graphics and sound. This project is ideal for students in media studies or digital communications programs who are looking to gain practical experience in video production and editing.

Digital Marketing
Our restaurant, Just Platters, has a strong digital presence with over 10,000 followers on Instagram. We regularly host and cater events, capturing a large amount of video content at each one. However, editing and organizing this content for posting has been a challenge due to time constraints. We are looking to collaborate with student interns on a digital marketing project focused on content creation and video editing to enhance our online engagement. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: • Editing videos captured at events to create engaging, high-quality content for Instagram. • Designing digital flyers and graphics to promote upcoming events and seasonal specials. • Creating and organizing content based on our posting schedule to maintain consistency. • Collaborating with our team to align content with our brand’s voice and marketing goals.
