She was proactive as she prepared a template for us to follow beforehand and was responsive to our questions and requests. Collaborating with Lifetrack Coaching and Consulting on the MVP Product Testing and Enhancement phase of the AI Product Management program was a rewarding and insightful experience. Their product, Riskophia, provided a real-world context for applying critical thinking, UX analysis, and manual testing methodologies. My role focused primarily on the registration and login workflow, where I conducted manual testing and uncovered key usability and security issues, such as email-only login access, missing password reset expiry info, lack of location validation, and a restricted practice type dropdown. Although I wasn’t available to present my findings directly, I worked closely with my teammate who successfully communicated the results and insights to the client. The Lifetrack team was open to feedback, professional in their responses, and demonstrated a strong commitment to user-centered improvements. This collaboration not only strengthened my product thinking but also emphasized the importance of teamwork in agile product development environments. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience, and I appreciate the opportunity to contribute to the product's growth and usability enhancements.
