Islamic Books and Souvenirs aims to enhance its library services by developing a functional and user-friendly website. The current system lacks an online presence, limiting users' ability to browse the catalog, place orders, and access resources efficiently. The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive digital platform that will allow users to explore the library's offerings from the comfort of their homes. This project is done by having to create a website by hosting and creating a domain, editing the website (making it look professional where users can browse and make orders on books), adding a necessary payment page of their order, all of which is to be created through either WordPress or Shopify. This project will enable learners to apply their web development skills including content management, UI design, and E-Commerce integration. The project focuses on creating a seamless user experience, ensuring that the website is intuitive and accessible to a diverse audience. By completing this project, learners will gain practical experience in developing an e-commerce and resource access platform, preparing them for real-world challenges in the tech industry.

The primary goal is to streamline business processes and improve customer engagement. This project includes but not limited to creating automated solutions for email marketing, inventory management, and customer review integration. By automating email marketing, the company aims to maintain regular communication with customers, promoting new products and offers. An automated inventory management system will ensure timely notifications when stock levels are low, preventing potential sales losses. Additionally, integrating Google reviews and creating a dedicated page for customer reviews will enhance the website's credibility and customer trust. These automations will be developed using various platforms and technologies, providing learners with an opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in practical scenarios.
