I really appreciated having Dora on board this summer—she was eager to help and clearly wanted to do a great job. One thing that stood out was how quickly she delivered work. While that speed was impressive, it occasionally led to minor mistakes or typos that we had to go back and forth on. That said, once I gave her more concrete, well-defined tasks, she really shone. For example, she did a great job resolving an issue on my website during the checkout process—she was efficient, detail-oriented, and reliable. I also found that she was very capable when it came to administrative tasks, and in hindsight, I wish I had given her more of that type of work earlier on. Overall, Dora was a helpful presence on the team and brought a lot of energy and willingness to learn.
