Being a start up nonprofit catering for BIPOC community and newcomers needs, our operations are rapidly increasing with also demand in services in the community. We do not want our productivity levels to hinder people from accessing quality services due to high demand.

Deliverables

The student coming on board will support our organization with talent acquisition including board members and volunteers to support the operations of our organization. To report the turnover and support an inclusive work place culture for our organization.

Create documentation and reports. ( Interview questions, Employees/Volunteer Codes of conduct, Waivers, Policies and report on overall human resources state of the organization)

Develop Employee/Volunteer appreciation and retention strategies together with the senior leadership team

The final deliverables should take the form of:

  • A final report
  • A 30-minute presentation
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.

Provide constructive feedback

Communicate and respond to student in a timely fashion

Include the student in crucial processes to help inform them in their planning in the project

Ensuring that the mental health and well being is cared for
