Fantastic news: There are new laws in place making size a protected class in a number of locations. Many companies in those locations are unaware of those new laws and will need consulting help in order to protect themselves from litigation and tactics to support their higher-weight employees.

Weight Inclusive Consulting is looking to expand its services into new markets and requires a comprehensive understanding of potential clients in these areas. The goal of this project is to conduct thorough research on potential clients in the identified new markets. This involves gathering data on potential clients' organizations and their level of participation in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. The project aims to provide Weight Inclusive Consulting with valuable insights that will inform their market entry strategy. By analyzing this data, learners will apply their research and analytical skills acquired in the classroom to real-world scenarios. The project will focus on a specific geographic region or industry segment to ensure depth and relevance of the findings.

Deliverables

The primary deliverable for this project is a detailed spreadsheet report that includes a list of potential clients in the new markets. The report should include key information such as client profiles and contact information. Additionally, a summary of findings and strategic recommendations for market entry should be provided. This deliverable will enable Weight Inclusive Consulting to make informed decisions regarding their expansion strategy.
