Their follow-through on tooling and data-sharing (Miro, email, Discord—take your pick) meant our student team always had unblocked access to real-world assets . Weekly Wednesday check-ins weren’t just calendar filler; they kept the AI-model-refinement train moving toward our August deadline without derailing other initiatives .
